Jamaican Curried Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 chickens
1/4 cup oil or shortening
3 tbsp. curry powder
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cups water
3 tsp. tomato paste
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
